These look like three versions of one product. Federal rules treat them differently.
- Infant bathtub. CPSC's infant bath tub standard (16 CFR part 1234) covers a tub or enclosure that holds water and supports a baby reclining, sitting or standing. The AAP passes on CPSC's advice: use a hard plastic tub with a sloped, textured surface or a sling that stops your baby from sliding, made on or after October 2, 2017 so it meets the current standard.
